When our courier rider arrives at your doorstep, you have the right to open your parcel and inspect the contents **before** you make the payment. This allows you to verify that you have received the correct product and that it is in perfect condition.

In such a case, simply do not accept the parcel and do not make any payment. Inform the rider of the issue, and he will return the parcel to us.
