Refund & Return Policy

At SastaBazaar, our goal is to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The return must be initiated within **7 days** of receiving the product.
- The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging, with all original tags, user manuals, and accessories intact.
- The packaging must be undamaged. Products with broken seals, tampered packaging, or missing parts will not be accepted for return.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start the return process, please follow these steps:
- Contact our Customer Service team via our Contact Us page, providing your order number and the reason for the return.
- Our team will review your request. If your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send the product back to us.
- Please ensure the item is packed securely to prevent any damage during transit.
3. Inspection & Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, our quality control team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria.
- If the return is approved, your refund will be processed. The refund amount will be transferred to your provided bank account or issued as store credit, as per your preference.
- Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed after we have received the returned item.
- If the returned item does not meet our eligibility criteria, we will not be able to issue a refund, and the item will be sent back to you at your expense.
4. Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
